Background And Real Estate Credentials:

My name is ILUI WEEKS. I am a Mexican Real Estate Broker in Tulum and the Riviera Maya area. I was born in the city of Guadalajara and I moved for the first time to Playa del Carmen in 2000.

Then, I took the time and the opportunity to live for some time in Europe, Thailand, New York, and Los Cabos.

I came back again to the Riviera Maya with the goal to make of this place my permanent residence and I am glad that it has given me the opportunity to be part of the real estate profession.

I first was working as an associate agent in a very respectful brokerage firm where they gave me the support to acquire the knowledge to learn and to improve all that is needed to provide a service of quality to my clients.

Furthermore, I took the decision to take a step forward and prepared myself to start my own Real Estate business: Tulum Investor.

Now I am a fully licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Quintana Roo by SEDETUS. (the Government agency that rules on the real estate market).

1994-1998: Law School at the University of Guadalajara.

1998: Diploma of Public and Private International Law at the Hague Academy.

2007: The course of International Sales of Real Estate in Mexico by TEC of Monterrey.

2018: Diploma for the Quintana Roo State Real Estate Brokers License at CANACO.

2018:The Course for the Certified International Property Specialist Designation by AMPI Playa del Carmen and N.A.R.

2019: Real Estate Broker License in the State of Quintana Roo.
